I personally think everyone should try meditation! It is such a good tool, especially now that covid is a thing, to help cope with stress and depression in your day-to-day life. You can do it anywhere and anytime you get a break from online-school. You just turn on some calming music (or don’t) and relax your body and breathe. Guided meditation works best for me because it can be tough to calm myself down from all of my racing thoughts. There are endless benefits to meditation, but if you don’t believe it works, it probably is not going to work for you. So, if you’ve never tried it before, you should definitely give it a try!
