Your Inner Mask

I stumbled upon an article that was written by Dave Asprey on November 30, 2020.  In the article, Mr. Asprey reminds us that even when we are in an environment that requires a face mask, we must also remember to maintain our inner mask.  Meaning that we must do our part to protect ourselves by building up and maintaining our immune system.  Asprey goes on to suggest some ways in which we can naturally build up our immune system; such as taking Vitamin D3, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, and Zinc.  In closing, Asprey reminds us that we are always wearing our inner mask and questions the reader to think if their own is strong enough.

I found the article to be interesting.  I believe that while the vaccine may be a solution to aiding in eliminating the virus; so many of us fail to take actions that are within our control & can aid in the prevention of getting the virus.  We do have the ability to guard ourselves against the virus by getting adequate sleep, eliminating the junk from our diet, and eating a whole-food-based diet.  We can also protect ourselves by exercising daily, truly practicing kindness, and developing real friendships with others.
